Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and air conditioning. Located on the ground floor, but raised about 2 metres above street level, it has a small terrace of about 8 sq. m., furnished with a tent, small table and 2 chairs, where it is pleasant to linger in the cooler hours.

Prices are per couple and include daily cleaning and breakfast, to be taken at a designated bar.
We accept payment by bank transfer or cash, we do not accept payment by debit or credit cards.
The third bed costs an additional 25.00 per day.
Children up to 3 years of age do not pay.
Children between 3 and 11 years of age pay €15 per day. Children 12 years and older pay the same as adults.
There are 10% discounts for stays of 7 nights and more, except in August.
Check-in is possible from 13:00 onwards, it is advisable, in any case, to give notice of the estimated time of arrival.
Check-out must be no later than 10:30 a.m.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to book, the balance is due at check-in, in cash.
The deposit is refundable for cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date.
Prices do not include the municipal tourist tax, in force from June to September, of €1.5 per person per day. Children under 12 are exempt.
Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
Towels are changed every 2 days.
